Look like a business that is alive.
Before anybody phones, they look at your Facebook page. If the last post is from 2023, they wonder. Organic social keeps your pages current, consistent and answered — a calendar agreed a month ahead, the posts written and designed, scheduled, published, and the comments replied to.
Your page is the second thing they check
The website says what you do. The social page says whether you are still doing it. A page that posts regularly, looks professional and answers its comments does quiet work for you every day — and it is where referrals go to have a look.
Organic social is not about going viral. It is about consistency: showing the work, the people, the specials, the answers to the questions your phone keeps getting — in a rhythm your customers come to expect. Done properly it builds the trust that makes every other piece of marketing work better, and it costs a fraction of what a single week of advertising does.

Plan. Write. Design. Publish. Answer.
The same rhythm every month, agreed before it starts — so you know what is going out, and you never get a “what should we post?” message on a Friday afternoon.
A month of posts planned around your services, specials, seasons and the questions customers ask. You approve it in one sitting.
Copy in your voice, design to your brand — statics, carousels, short video cutdowns from what you send us.
Posted at the times your audience is actually online, across the platforms in your package.
Comments and messages answered, reviews acknowledged, questions routed to you when they are enquiries.
What we need from you
Ten minutes a month to approve the calendar, and photos or short videos of the real work when you have them. Real beats stock every time on social — we will tell you exactly what to shoot on your phone.
What you get back
Pages that look like the business is alive, a monthly summary of what was posted and what people did with it, and enquiries from comments and messages passed straight to you.
The platforms your customers actually use
Facebook and Instagram are standard on every package. LinkedIn and TikTok are added where they fit the business — we will tell you honestly which ones will earn their place.
Still where most South African customers check a local business. Posts, stories, reviews, messages.
The visual proof — the work, the products, the people. Feed, stories and reels.
For business-to-business services and professional firms. Expertise, case studies, hiring.
For consumer brands with the appetite for short video and the content to feed it.

Organic builds the trust. Paid brings the people.
Organic social alone will not fill your pipeline — the platforms show your posts to a fraction of your followers. But a page that is alive makes every advert work harder, because the person who clicks goes and looks.
The best-performing organic posts become the adverts. The advert brings a stranger; the page convinces them; the sequence follows up. When you are ready for paid, the same team runs it — with the creative already proven on your own audience.

What organic social works with
Straight answers
What does it cost?
Roughly R2 000 to R2 500 a month depending on posts per week and platforms. Writing, design, scheduling and community management are included. No minimum term.
Do I need to supply content?
Ten minutes a month to approve the calendar, and real photos or short videos when you have them. We write and design everything else. Real beats stock on social, so we will tell you exactly what to shoot on your phone.
Will organic social bring me customers?
Some, over time — enquiries do come through comments and messages. Its main job is trust: making sure the person who found you through Google, a referral or an advert sees a business that is alive. For volume, it works with paid.
Which platforms should I be on?
Facebook and Instagram for almost everyone. LinkedIn if you sell to businesses. TikTok if you sell to consumers and have the appetite for video. We will tell you honestly which will earn their place.
Who answers the comments?
We do, daily, in your voice. Anything that is an enquiry is passed to you immediately, and anything sensitive is checked with you before we reply.
Can I still post myself?
Yes — it is your page. We will fit your posts into the calendar so the rhythm stays consistent.
When did you last post?
Tell us which platforms you are on and what you sell. We will come back with a rhythm, a package and a price — and the first month’s calendar to approve.
