Be there the moment they are ready to buy.
Google Ads and Meta, run daily by the people who also build the pages they land on. Audiences chosen deliberately, creative made in-house, every enquiry tracked in your own accounts, and the budget moved to what sells — not what gets clicked.
Google Ads
Somebody types what you sell into Google. They have already decided they have a problem. Paid search puts you at the top at that exact moment — and it is the most measurable money you will ever spend on marketing.
We audit your account in week one and rebuild where it needs it: campaign structure, keywords and match types, negatives, ad copy, extensions, landing pages, bidding. Then it is managed daily — budget moved to the campaigns and keywords producing enquiries, waste cut, new searches tested. Search for people already looking, Shopping for products, Performance Max and Demand Gen where the numbers justify them.
Text adverts on the searches that mean “I need this now”. The core of most accounts.
Your products, prices and images at the top of Google — for stores with a feed worth showing.
Search, YouTube, Display, Gmail and Maps from one campaign — run where the data supports it.
Visual adverts on YouTube and Discover for people who have not searched yet.
Meta — Facebook & Instagram
Most of your customers are not searching for you yet. Meta puts you in front of them anyway — the right people, chosen deliberately, with creative that earns the stop.
Campaigns are built around how the platform actually learns: broad enough to let the algorithm find buyers, structured so it can. Audiences and lookalikes built from your real customers, remarketing on for everyone who visited and did not buy, and the creative tested — image against image, hook against hook — until it produces enquiries at a price that makes sense. Then the winners get more budget and the losers get switched off. Every week.
Lead generation
Instant forms or landing pages, connected to your CRM and the follow-up sequence — so the enquiry is answered in minutes, not days.
Sales & e-commerce
Catalogue adverts, dynamic remarketing, purchase tracking through the pixel and the API — measured to revenue, not to reach.
LinkedIn and TikTok
Both work. Neither is where most budgets should start. We add them when your own numbers say they will earn their place — not on the day you sign.
Starting focused is how budgets get results; spreading thin is how they get reports. LinkedIn earns its place for business-to-business services with a high value per client — the targeting by job title and company is unmatched, and the cost per click reflects it. TikTok earns its place for consumer brands with the appetite and the creative to feed it. When Google and Meta are working and the data points to one of these, we add it, with the same discipline.

The creative is made here, and it is in the fee
An advert is the creative. Targeting decides who sees it; the creative decides whether they stop. Ours is designed to your brand by the people running the campaign, so when a piece underperforms the next one is made the same week — not ordered from a supplier.

If you cannot see it, you cannot optimise it
The whole point of paid marketing is that it is measurable. So before a rand is spent, the tracking is built: every call, form, WhatsApp and purchase counted, in your own accounts, tied back to the advert that caused it. Then the budget follows the enquiries that became sales.
Google Tag Manager, GA4, the Meta pixel and conversions API — configured properly, in your name.
Enquiries counted however they arrive — not only the ones that used the form.
CRM and lead routing, so we can see which advert produced the enquiry that became work.
What was spent, what came back, what changed, what happens next — in plain language.
The website is half the campaign
Traffic you pay for lands somewhere. If the page does not convert, the advert cannot save it. We build the landing pages too — one service, one page, one action — so the campaign and the page are briefed by the same people.
For one client, rebuilding the landing page took a campaign from 50–60% of visitors converting to close to all of them — same adverts, same budget.

Send us the account and we will read it — spend, cost per enquiry, what is wasted. About a day.

What paid marketing works with
Straight answers
Google or Meta first?
If people already search for what you sell, Google first — you are catching people who have decided they have a problem. If nobody searches for it yet, Meta first, to create the awareness. We look at the search data and tell you which; it takes about a day.
How much should I spend on media?
Enough for the platform to learn — usually the equivalent of 20 to 30 conversions a month, which depends on your cost per enquiry. We work that out on your numbers before you commit, and we tell you if the budget is too small to be worth it.
How long before it works?
Month one is setup, tracking and rebuild. The first honest read is at the end of month two and a meaningful one at the end of month three — that is how long the platforms need to learn. Anyone promising results in week two is describing luck.
Do you mark up media?
No. Media is paid by you, directly to Google and Meta, on your own card. Our fee is a fixed monthly amount for the management, creative and reporting.
Who owns the ad accounts?
You do. We work inside your accounts as a manager. If you leave, the campaigns, the history, the audiences and the pixel data stay with you.
Can you take over an existing account?
Yes — and we audit it first. Sometimes it needs a rebuild, sometimes it needs discipline. We tell you which before we charge for either.
Spending on ads, or about to?
Tell us what you are spending and where it lands. We will tell you what we would run, what it costs, and what you can reasonably expect by month three — before you commit to anything. A straight answer, from the person who would do the work.
